I specialise in corporate comms, primarily in the built environment, but I’m also experienced in the financial and tech sectors. Having built up a wealth of experience over the years working both in house and in agency, here are some of the services I offer:
- Strategy and planning: Developing a bespoke strategy for your business to grow your voice and turn your companies’ spokespeople into trusted figures of authority in their specialist areas.
- Media relations: Working with you to identify newsworthy stories for your company and leveraging my journalist contacts to generate press coverage.
- Copywriting: Drafting press releases, newsletters, opinion pieces or other content.
- Social media: Drafting content and planning activity in line with your wider business aims to grow your profile and generate leads.
- Media training: Conducting mock interviews with you to prepare you to face questions from journalists.
- Award entries: Want to get more recognition for your companies’ achievements but struggling to get noticed by the industry? I’ve drafted hundreds of award entries over the years, so I can work with you to identify relevant awards for you to enter and draft the entries to maximise your changes of being shortlisted and even winning.
- Crisis management: Identifying potential future issues, mapping out the processes to respond to emergencies, preparing a bank of holding responses for media enquiries, and fielding out of hours media requests.
- Internal comms: Whether its updating shareholders, populating the news section of your website or communicating with all of your employees via newsletters, I can manage, draft, and distribute all of your internal announcements.

My rates are variable and negotiable depending on the nature of the work, but as a guide I charge between £300 and £350 as a day rate, or alternatively if you have a fixed budget, I can also work to project fees or in some cases I can work to an hourly rate of £50.
